Hoboken consists of 1.3 square miles of land and .7 square miles of water with only 48 streets laid out in a grid. The residence of Hoboken have easy access to transportation by way of the Hoboken Terminal which gives commuter options such as rail, ferry and PATH all connecting to lower Manhattan as well as other parts of New Jersey. There are plenty of community activities including a Farmer’s Market every Tuesday from 3-7:30 P.M. on Washington St. between Newark St. and Observer Hwy.
