Hoboken consists of 1.3 square miles of land and .7 square miles of water with only 48 streets laid out in a grid. There are plenty of community activities including a Farmer’s Market every Tuesday from 3-7:30 P.M. on Washington St. between Newark St. and Observer Hwy. It will be opening again starting June 30th, 2009.
